Admissions

SCR follows strict rules with valid documents verification & proceeding for admission. To complete the process of reserving a seat for admission, parents are kindly requested to fill out the Admission Form, which is a part of the Prospectus, and submit it along with the seat-blocking fee. Additionally, the following documents must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the admission offer:

• A photocopy of the student's Birth Certificate (Please bring the original for verification purposes).
• Photocopies of the previous class Report Cards for the past 2 years (Applicable for Class VI and above).
• The original Transfer Certificate.
• A photocopy of the previous class Report Card is to be submitted to the school (Applicable for Class III and above).
• A passport-sized photograph.
• Copies of the parent and child's Aadhaar Card.
• (For students in Grade III and above) A letter from the Principal of the last school attended, confirming the student's authenticity, along with the report of the last examination taken.
• Photocopies of any achievement certificates in the fields of Academics, Sports, and Extra-Curricular activities.

For admission into Grade II, there will be an interaction session between the parents, child, and the Principal/Headmistress/Pre Primary Representatives.

• The school counsellor leads the parents and child on a comprehensive tour, guiding them through the admissions process, explaining how the school operates, highlighting the exciting range of extracurricular activities available in addition to the regular curriculum, and sharing valuable information about the school fees and their structure.

• We have organised a special event exclusively for you, where you can connect and communicate. Don't miss out on this chance to strengthen the bond between parents and students.

Once the parents have received all of the appropriate cost information, they must send the non-refundable registration payments.

• These fees are intended to cover the costs of paperwork processing and the time necessary to enrol your kid in the attendance and tuition-billing system.
• It should be noted that these fees cannot be used for any other purpose. Parents can simply pay the entrance costs as requested by the school counsellor as the final step in ensuring their child's enrollment.
• Making the payment is simple since parents may pay online, use debit or credit cards, or select from a range of simple online payment options.

• Transcript of Academic Records: Provide a detailed transcript of academic records from the previous school, showcasing the student's performance and achievements. /li>
• Transfer Certificate (TC): Submit an official Transfer Certificate issued by the previous school, attesting to the student's enrollment, conduct, and academic standing.
• Migration Certificate: If applicable, include a Migration Certificate for students transferring from a different educational board or system.
• Character Certificate: Furnish a Character Certificate from the previous school, affirming the student's behaviour, discipline, and overall character.
• Portfolio of Extracurricular Activities: Include a portfolio highlighting the student's participation and accomplishments in extracurricular activities, sports, or any special achievements.

• Please keep in mind that admittance will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, based on seat availability.
• The academic year at the institution begins in April and finishes in March of the following year. Students may be accepted to the school at any time during the academic year, depending on the number of openings in each class.
• There will be a student and parent engagement session for those who have enrolled their children. This helps the school to learn more about the pupils and their parents.
• If a kid requires special help due to a medical condition, parents must notify the school. When applying for admission, parents must provide a good faith declaration of any suspected or identified special needs.
